All MvP's Listed have a chance to drop their respective blueprint when killed

Added "@vip" command to see your current vip status and remaining time.
Adjusted "@alootid" maximum number of list from 10 to 20.
Hourly Shop & System
Hourly Points now doesnt stop on Manual Vending
Added new items on Hourly Shop
Autosupport
Added 25% Manuals on Auto Support item use.
Autoattack
Character will now unstuck when they cannot reach the target for a prolonged period of time.
Card Remover
Bye Bye Card Remover you will be missed.
As announced, Card Remover on the server is now removed.
Biolabs
Biolabs 1, 2, 3 are now permanent PvP Area
Drop Rate
Elunium (#984) now has x1 fixed drop rate.
Oridecon (#985) now has x1 fixed drop rate.
Rough Elunium (#757) now has x1 fixed drop rate.
Rough Oridecon (#756) now has x1 fixed drop rate.
Rare Drop announcement threshold is set to 0.10% to avoid chat spam
Note: Fixed x1 drop rate means it is not affected by the server rates it will be like official rms based x1 drop rate.
